Exchange & Return

• Customers have 7 days from receiving their order to report any issue

• For size concerns or assistance, please contact our support team via Instagram DM within the 7-day period.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

• In standard return cases, shipping fees are deducted and the remaining balance is refunded via Instapay.

• Refunds are processed within 3–5 working days after inspection.

• If the issue is due to a manufacturing defect or an error from our side, we cover all shipping costs and provide a full refund or exchange accordingly.
