• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
• In standard return cases, shipping fees are deducted and the remaining balance is refunded via Instapay.
• Refunds are processed within 3–5 working days after inspection.
• If the issue is due to a manufacturing defect or an error from our side, we cover all shipping costs and provide a full refund or exchange accordingly.
